Jurong Resale HDB Median Prices in Q4 2020

We ended 2020 on a low note as Malaysia officially terminated the HSR project which we have been looking forward to. With that let’s look at the median prices for Jurong East Resale HDB Flats and Jurong West Resale HDB Flats. 

From the table below, the median prices for Jurong East Resale HDB flats have held steady even though most of the units there are in advanced age. This shows that the top notch amenities in the vicinity are able to strongly support the prices. 

As we ventured deeper into the west, the median prices for Jurong West Resale HDB flats told a different story. The prices for 4-room and 5-room flats in Jurong West are among the bottom 3 of HDB estates in Singapore. While the transformation for Jurong is in progress, much of the retail, leisure and tourism improvements have been focussed in Jurong East while in Jurong West, there will more of R&D facilities and of course the Tuas MegaPort.
