For those who are affected, there are a few pointers to take note of to increase your chances of selling:
- Price the flat correctly from the start
- Prep your house to be neat and tidy
- Always be available to show the house as you do not want to miss any potential buyers
- Be ready to negotiate and keep the buyers interested
